Eden Integrated School  is a Small, Caring Junior friendly mixed primary school with approximately 230 children aged between 5 and 11. Eden is situated in the East of Uganda in Rural Area of Jinja District. All our children have English and local teachings and some of our older children also learn Arts and crafts in groups at the end of the week. We value the different cultural backgrounds of our children and love learning new languages. Around our school we proudly display a range of our children’s home languages from Luganda to Lusoga, and you will hear our children answering the register in Luganda, Lusoga and English. Among our teachers, we are lucky to have a wealth of language knowledge including Kiswahili, French and English. We would especially like to make a link with a all foreign  speaking school and are hoping to be able to set up video conferencing in the near future. We know that our pupils would enjoy finding out about the experiences of children in different parts of the world at the same time as improving their language skills. At Eden our motto is Education For Bright Future, and our School Song in our Local Language  will give you an idea of what to expect if you decide to link up with us.
